Quick take

Variety pack of 30 polished lead bullet sinkers ranging from 1/16 to 1/2 oz for soft plastic rigs.

This 1/16 oz bullet weight comes in a 30-piece pack of lead sinkers for rigging soft plastics such as worms and grubs on Texas and Carolina rigs. Its streamlined bullet shape is built to slip through cover and sink quickly, and the polished surface is smooth in the water. The pieces come in a reusable plastic box, which makes the pack easy to carry to the water.

Best for

  • Texas rig presentations with worms and creature baits
  • Carolina rig setups for saltwater and freshwater
  • Bass fishing in grass, rocks, and moderate structure

Skip if

  • You fish in areas where lead is restricted or banned
  • You need large sinkers above 1/2 oz for deep or fast water

Strengths

  • Assorted sizes cover most soft plastic rigging needs in one box
  • Polished surface reduces friction and minimizes line damage during rigging
  • Bullet shape punches through cover and sinks at a controlled rate

Trade-offs

  • Lead sinkers have environmental and health concerns in some jurisdictions
  • Polished finish will eventually wear and dull with repeated use
  • Variety pack may include sizes you do not immediately need
