Quick take

Flat pear carp sinker weights in two ounce with camouflage finish and attached rolling swivel.

This is a 2 oz flat pear sinker with a tapered shape, sold in a pack of five for carp rigs. Its green, fleck camo coating is meant to blend with natural surroundings, and a rolling swivel on one end lets you attach your rig. It suits carp anglers who want a flat-pear weight in a set of five.

Best for

  • Carp fishing on sloping lake beds
  • Presentations where tight tackle contact is critical
  • Anglers fishing with running rigs

Skip if

  • You fish rivers with strong current
  • You prefer heavier weights for deep water

Strengths

  • Flat pear shape does not roll on gentle slopes
  • Camouflage green finish blends into lake bottoms
  • 4# rolling swivel provides free line rotation

Trade-offs

  • Flat shape creates instability on steep banks
  • Two ounce weight is light for deep holes
  • Coated finish may chip in rocky environments
