Quick take
White elastic nylon thread that wraps around soft bait without requiring knots.
This is a white elastic nylon bait thread wound on a 656-foot spool, sold as a two-spool pack in this 0.3mm size. It is meant for tying soft or loose baits to the hook so they stay put without a knot: wrap it around the bait and snug it down. Anglers who fish liver, shrimp or similar baits can use it to keep them on the hook.
