Quick take
Breathable half-finger gloves with UPF 50 rating and double-layer palm for sun and abrasion protection during long days on the water.
These half-finger fishing gloves from KastKing cover the back of the hand with breathable poly-spandex that carries a UPF 50 sun rating. A double-layer palm adds padding for handling spiny fish, and the hook-and-loop wrist strap keeps them snug while you work reels, change hooks and rig bait. Open fingertips and pull loops make them easy to take on and off, a good fit for anglers who spend long days in the sun.
Best for
- All-day fishing trips under intense sun
- Saltwater flats fishing where skin exposure is a concern
- Any fishing activity requiring hand dexterity with grip protection
Skip if
- You fish only in early morning or evening with minimal sun
- You prefer full-finger gloves for cold-water fishing
Strengths
- UPF 50 protection blocks harmful UV rays during extended water exposure
- Half-finger design preserves dexterity for knot tying and lure changes
- Double-layer palm adds grip and protects from abrasion on wet line
