Quick take
Full-finger UPF 50+ fishing gloves with FrostWeave cooling technology and finger slits for hook and bait handling.
A full-finger sun glove for anglers, made from a stretchy nylon and spandex knit with a cooling yarn woven in. The extended cuff covers more of the wrist and forearm under UPF 50+ fabric, and slits at the thumb and index finger let you handle hooks and bait with the gloves on. It pulls on without a closure and suits both men and women who spend long days on open water.
Best for
- All-day sun exposure while fishing
- Kayak anglers and open water exposure
- Anglers with sun-sensitive skin
Skip if
- You prefer fingerless gloves
- You fish in cold water
Strengths
- UPF 50+ blocks most harmful UV rays
- FrostWeave yarn provides cooling sensation
- Finger slits allow quick hook and bait changes
Trade-offs
- Full finger coverage may feel hot in warm weather
- 4-way stretch material wears faster than rigid gloves
- Nylon material dries slowly if fully soaked
