Ultra-lightweight baitcaster with high-speed ratio and dual magnetic braking for extended casting.
This is a right-hand baitcasting reel with an 8.0:1 gear ratio for fast line pickup, built around a compact 39mm body that weighs 6 ounces. A magnetic braking system helps tame backlashes when throwing lighter lures, and a carbon drag tops out at 17.6 pounds. It suits anglers moving up to baitcasting who want a light, quick reel for freshwater or saltwater work with braid.
