Quick take
A cordless electric fillet knife with two blades for filleting fish of various sizes.
The Speed Demon Pro is a cordless electric fillet knife for anglers who clean a lot of fish at the dock or camp. It runs on a 12.6V lithium-ion battery with a charge gauge, and the Angler Pack adds a 7-inch and a 9-inch 420 stainless blade with a titanium coating. A soft TPR handle gives a non-slip grip, and a slim molded case holds the knife, blades and charger.
Best for
- Anglers who clean and fillet their catch
- Filleting larger fish quickly and easily
- Reducing hand fatigue during fish processing
Skip if
- You only catch and release
- You fillet very few fish per year
Strengths
- High-torque motor powers through bone and tough flesh
- Two blade sizes for small and large fish
- Extended battery life (1 hour 40 minutes per charge)
