Quick take
A catch-and-release landing net with clear silicone mesh and foldable aluminum handle, designed to minimize fish stress and enable hands-free carry on a wader or bag.
This KastKing Titanet is a 32-inch landing net with a 6063 aluminum handle and a clear silicone net that folds in half at a sliding lock collar. The hi-vis orange elastomer grip is easy to spot on a deck, and a magnetic lanyard with a carabiner and a belt clip keep it within reach on a kayak or while wading. It suits anglers landing trout, walleye, bass and panfish who want a compact net they can pack away in the included storage bag.
Best for
- Catch-and-release fishing where fish health matters
- Kayak and wade fishing with hands-free carry needs
- Trout, walleye and smallmouth bass in clear water
Skip if
- You fish for large saltwater species requiring heavy 3-4 inch mesh
- You need a rigid net that won't flex or rotate when fighting large fish
Strengths
- Clear silicone mesh reduces visibility to fish and minimizes stress
- Foldable design collapses to half-size for compact storage in a bag
- Hi-vis orange handle and magnetic lanyard make net easy to find and carry
Trade-offs
- Clear silicone mesh is less durable than nylon and can tear on snags
- Folding mechanism reduces rigidity compared to fixed-frame nets
- No quick-hand wrist leash, though carabiner lanyard provides carry option
Fishing fit
- Water
- Freshwater
- Saltwater
