Quick take
Compact rotating rod rack for garage storage, holding 16 setups in one corner with protective foam cradles.
The KastKing V16 is a freestanding floor rack that holds up to 16 rods or rod-and-reel combos in a compact footprint. Its base rotates so you can turn to the setup you want, and two lower shelves at staggered heights keep rods from clashing. Foam inserts cradle each rod, and extra spots hold line spools, pliers and terminal tackle. It suits a garage where several combos need to stay organized.
Best for
- Anglers with multiple rods who want organized garage storage
- Quick access to different rod-and-reel combinations
- Storing tackle and accessories alongside rods
Skip if
- You own only one or two rods
- You store rods in rod cases for travel
Strengths
- 360-degree rotation makes all rods accessible without moving others
- Staggered shelves prevent tangles and guide damage
- Soft foam inserts protect rod finishes from racks and scratches
Trade-offs
- ABS plastic construction is lighter duty than metal alternatives
- Space-saving design still requires dedicated corner of garage
- Setup requires some assembly and wall space
