Quick take

Micro ice jigs with luminous coating and 3D eye detail for ice fishing panfish, crappie, walleye and pike in dark conditions.

This 30-piece ice fishing jig kit offers six jig shapes in several colors, built for crappie, panfish, bluegill, perch, walleye and pike. Its glow finish suits low-light and murky water, where fish rely on sight to find bait. Anglers can test shape and color combinations as the light changes through the day and into the evening.

Best for

  • Ice fishing for panfish and crappie
  • Low-light and deep-water winter jigging
  • Anglers fishing under-ice where lure visibility is limited

Skip if

  • You fish shallow ice for bluegill and perch
  • You prefer larger tungsten jigs for deep water

Strengths

  • Luminous coating glows after light absorption
  • Six different shapes provide variety for varying conditions
  • 3D eyes and reflective finishes attract strikes

Trade-offs

  • Glow effect requires pre-charging under light
  • Small micro size limits ability to cast on open water
  • Lightweight jigs feel less responsive on heavier ice lines

About this type

A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.

Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.

Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
