Quick take
Fully rigged 11 in offshore trolling lure with resin head and PVC skirts for big game trolling.

It is made for offshore anglers chasing tuna, mahi, marlin, wahoo and kingfish, with a resin head and blue and gold skirts. The rig pairs the lure with a leader and a swivel, so it is ready for a run offshore.

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
