Quick take
A 31-inch water-resistant fly rod case with tube, reel storage, and shoulder strap.

It measures 31.1 inches and carries with a removable, padded shoulder strap, which suits packing a broken-down fly rod for a hike to the water. The black canvas is water-resistant, and the zippered opening gives access to the rod and reel.
