Quick take
A 1/2 oz spinnerbait with two willow-leaf blades and a hand-tied silicone skirt that rotates at slow retrieve speeds.
This Lunkerhunt Impact Ignite is a 1/2 oz double willow leaf spinnerbait in the Salt and Pepper color. Its two blades spin easily on a slow retrieve, adding flash and thump behind a silicone skirt and a J-hook. It fits anglers working freshwater for bass, pike or walleye who want a sinking bait that casts well.
Best for
- Casting in weeds and timber
- Slow-speed retrieves in bass and pike water
- Freshwater lure fishing
Skip if
- You need long casts; spinnerbaits are not as castable as crankbaits
- You fish clear water where blade flash attracts more strikes
Strengths
- Dual willow-leaf blades catch light and produce high vibration
- Silicone skirt pulses more than a rubber-banded skirt
- Rotates easily even at slow speeds
Trade-offs
- Twisted line tie and sinking pause affect some casting setups
- Willow-leaf blades are less responsive than Colorado blades in slow water
- Hand-tied skirt requires occasional maintenance

- Freshwater

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
