Quick take
Ultra-finesse 1/4 oz spinnerbait with rotating tail blade for vertical jigging trout and panfish.
The Magic Bean in Neon is a penny-sized tail spinner, about three-quarters of an inch long and a quarter ounce, with a rotating blade that turns as it moves. Anglers use it for vertical jigging, casting and ice fishing for panfish, and its bright neon finish adds visible color to the lure.

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
