Quick take
A hollow topwater frog that pops and splashes on the surface, with extending legs and weedless hooks for fishing shallow cover.
The Blue Gill version of this Lunkerhunt popping frog is 2.25 inches long and weighs half an ounce, a larger size for topwater bass, trout and pike water. Its weedless design is built for fishing through grass and other cover, and it is worked on the surface. Anglers who want a frog for shallow cover will find this one in the bigger size.

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
