Quick take

Ultralight 7'6" spinning rod with extra-fast action for small lures and light line in streams and small water.

This 7'6" one-piece spinning rod from Major Craft pairs an ultra light power with an extra fast action and a solid tip. It handles lures from about 0.4 to 5 grams on 1 to 5 lb line, which suits finesse presentations for trout and other small-lure fishing. The split EVA grip keeps the rod light in hand for long sessions of light-line spinning.

Best for

Small trout streams and creeks
Panfish and other light-bite species
Finesse fishing with tiny lures and ultralight line

Skip if
