Quick take
A 660-yard spool of 6 lb green monofilament line with high abrasion resistance and tensile strength.
Maxima's Ultragreen monofilament comes in a moss-green Chameleon color that is hard to pick out in the water, so it suits anglers who want a low-profile line. This 6-pound spool holds 660 yards and can serve as main line or as a leader for bass, pike and other freshwater fish.
Best for
- Ultralight trout fishing in clear streams
- Panfish on small spinning reels
- Leader material for bass and pike
Skip if
- You need high line visibility
- You fish saltwater exclusively
Strengths
- Moss-green color nearly invisible to fish
