Quick take

A 20-liter tackle bucket with 90-degree lid and sliding tray for organizing and storing fishing tackle in a portable container.

The Meiho BM-5000 Bucket Mouse is a 20 liter hard box that works as a tackle box or a seat. Its double-opening lid swings clear of the way, and a sliding tray keeps small gear separated from bulkier items. A rubber base resists slipping, and side mounts accept add-ons like parts cases and rod stands. It suits anglers who fish from shore or a boat and want one sturdy carrier for their kit.

Best for

Bank and shore fishing where tackle needs to stay organized between spots
Anglers who fish multiple methods and need varied tackle organized
Storing fragile lures or delicate rigs safely

Skip if

You need to carry your entire tackle collection on one fishing trip
You prefer soft bags for compact storage

Strengths

90-degree lid stays open without slamming and doesn't obstruct access
Sliding tray keeps tackle sorted and visible at a glance
Durable plastic resists water and mildew better than fabric

Trade-offs

Bucket is bulky to transport in a kayak or small boat
Sliding tray may shift if bucket is tipped or dropped
Limited interior height restricts tall lure storage
