Quick take
A 9-piece kit of net repair needles (shuttles) in graduated sizes for repairing cast nets and mending mesh damage.
This is a nine-piece set of plastic netting shuttles for mending cast nets, with sizes running from 1 to 8 and two of the size 8. Each shuttle is roughly 12 to 21 cm long, so you can match the needle to the mesh you are repairing. It also suits weaving or patching other nets, such as a batting cage. A small fishing snip comes along for trimming line.
