Quick take
Compact titanium-coated stainless scissors for cutting braided line and adjusting bait, in 3-pack with lanyards.
A three-pack of compact line snips in stainless steel with a titanium coating, each about 3.7 by 2.4 inches. Every cutter has a retractable coil lanyard and a magnetic hook, so it clips to a belt, pack or vest within reach. A good fit for anglers who cut braid, mono and fluorocarbon and want spares to keep in the tackle bag or hand to a fishing partner.
Best for
- Cutting PE and braided line
- Precise bait trimming and rigging
- Multiple rods; extras for partners
Skip if
- You use line clippers only
- You need heavy-duty line shearing
Strengths
- Titanium coating resists rust and maintains sharp edge
- Retractable lanyards keep scissors accessible and secure
- Compact size lets every rod station have a pair
Trade-offs
- Scissors blunt faster than dedicated line clippers on heavy line
- Titanium coating can wear with heavy use
- Retractable coils can tangle during active fishing
