Quick take
Size 4/0 keeper hook with weedless design for live worm and bait fishing.
The Mister Twister KH5-4/0 is a 4/0 keeper hook with a needle point and a small barb near the eye that holds a soft plastic bait in place. Anglers rigging worms or other soft baits for bass, trout or catfish can use its offset design to fish through cover. Each pack holds two hooks.
Best for
- Live worm and nightcrawler rigs
- Fishing through grass and weeds
- Multi-species fishing with live bait
Skip if
- You fish C-rig style with slip sinkers; use an EWG worm hook
- You need circle hooks for catch-and-release
Strengths
- Solid, weedless design resists fouling in vegetation
- Needle-sharp point penetrates fish mouths cleanly
- Works in both fresh and saltwater
Trade-offs
- Keeper barbs make extraction difficult if deeply swallowed
- Size 4/0 is large for small panfish
- Weedless design not ideal in open water
