Quick take
A 1.6 oz spinnerbait with dual Colorado blades and light-gathering skirt for musky in freshwater.
This 7-inch Black Fire version of the Double Showgirl weighs 1.6 ounces and is built for muskellunge, with a 7/0 hook at the tail. Its two Colorado blades and skirt give it a large, flashy profile for anglers working big water. It suits anglers who want a heavier bait for targeting big muskies.
Best for
- Pike and musky in clear to stained water
- Heavy cover and vegetation
- Anglers targeting larger predator fish
Skip if
- You fish in very clear water where subtle lures work better
- You prefer single-blade spinners for lighter lures
Strengths
- Two blades create more flash and vibration
- Colorado blades displace water effectively
- 7/0 hook handles large fish
Trade-offs

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
