Quick take
A classic size 2 gold aberdeen hook for small baits in general freshwater and saltwater fishing.
This is a Mustad Classic Aberdeen hook in a size 2, made from extra fine wire with a gold finish and a point bent in. The thin wire suits live bait presentations where you want the bait to move freely. It comes as a pack of 100, so it covers a lot of rigging for panfish and similar fish.
Best for
- Panfish under a bobber
- Minnows and small live bait
- General purpose lightweight setups
Skip if
- You fish large catfish
- You need an extra-strong hook for heavy cover
Strengths
