Quick take
Multi-hook saltwater rigs with glow beads and fish skin, rigged with rolling swivels for easy setup.
This 1/0 pack of pre-tied glow rigs puts five high carbon steel hooks on one line, each dressed with glow beads and a bright silk and fish-skin tail in white pellucid. A swivel and snap sit at both ends, so the rig joins a line and a sinker in seconds. It suits anglers working bass, flounder, mackerel, trout, tuna and walleye from shore or a boat.
Best for
- Mackerel, bonito, and small jack fishing
- Casting in current or when you need multiple strike points
- Night fishing with the glow bead attraction
Skip if
- You want a single-hook rig for larger species
- You prefer to tie your own rigs
Strengths
- Five hooks per rig increase hooking odds in schooling fish
- Glow beads and fish skin attract fish through multiple sensory channels
- Rolling swivels at both ends reduce line twist
Trade-offs
- Multiple hooks mean losing the rig if one hook fouls on structure
- Fish skin can rot or foul without regular rinse-downs
- Heavy rig design limits casting distance
