Quick take
A 3/0 weighted twistlock hook in 1/16-3/16 oz increments that fastens to soft plastics for rigging without bobbing.
The Owner 5132W Twistlock in 3/0 is a weighted hook for soft plastic baits. Its fixed weight sits on the shank as a keel to keep the bait weight side down, and a Twistlock keeper with a centering pin spring holds the bait in place. A needle point, a forged shank and a black chrome finish round out the build, and the line runs from 3/0 to 5/0 in weights up to 1/4 oz.
Best for
- Rigging soft plastics with integrated weight
- Salmon or bass patterns where lure-hook connection matters
- Quick changes between weight and lure combination
Skip if
- You prefer split-ring attachment to soft plastics
- You fish weightless or jig-head presentations
Strengths
- Twistlock design grips soft plastic securely without slipping
- Weighted shank eliminates need for a separate jig head
- Size 3/0 works most soft plastics 2-5 inches
Trade-offs
- Twistlock attachment works only with compatible soft plastics
- Weight is fixed; cannot adjust for depth without changing hook
- Needle point requires freshwater rinsing to prevent rust
