Quick take

A 17 lb copolymer line with fluorescent visibility, offering balanced strength and handling for general purpose fishing.

Best for

  • Spinning reel setups for bass and panfish
  • Anglers who prefer visible line for drag adjustment
  • Saltwater inshore fishing

Skip if

  • You need low-visibility line for clear water
  • You require braided line's strength in a smaller diameter

Strengths

  • High visibility clear fluorescent color aids drag control
  • 17 lb test handles medium-sized fish reliably
  • Copolymer balances memory and ease of casting

Trade-offs

  • Fluorescent color visible to fish in clear water
  • Copolymer absorbs water and loses strength when wet
  • 600 yard spool requires frequent re-spooling for multiple rods
