Quick take
A 1/16-ounce inline spinner with a holographic blade that flashes and vibrates through the water.
This Panther Martin Classic Holographic is an inline spinner in a Rainbow Trout Holographic finish, in the heavier 1/2 oz size 15. The extra weight lets it cast farther and run deeper than the smaller sizes in the line. It is a fit for anglers fishing trout, walleye, pike, bass, panfish and crappie in larger or deeper water.

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
