Quick take
Lightweight star drag conventional reel for surf and light offshore casting with live spindle design.
The PENN Squall II Star Drag in size 15CS is a conventional reel with a graphite frame and sideplates, a Live Spindle free-floating spool and a 6+1 shielded stainless steel bearing system. Its Versa-Drag system with HT-100 washers tops out at 20 pounds of drag, and the knob mag dial helps control the spool when casting.
