Quick take
Multi-jointed swimbaits with S-shaped swimming action and realistic eyes for bass, trout and pike.
This multi-jointed swimbait set comes as six mixed-color plastic baits, each rigged with two treble hooks. The segmented body swims with an S-shaped motion and sinks slowly, which suits working it through the water column for bass, walleye and trout. At about 3.9 inches long, it is a handy size to add to a tackle box for freshwater or saltwater outings.
Best for
- Bass in lakes and reservoirs
- Walleye and pike in deeper water
- Trolling from boats or docks
Skip if
- You fish heavy weeds; the multiple hooks snag easily
- You need ultralight lures for small streams
Strengths
- Jointed body creates natural S-shaped swimming motion
- Realistic eyes and flash patterns attract predators
- Works in both fresh and saltwater
Trade-offs

- Not ideal for finesse fishing or light line

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
