Quick take
A clear plastic tackle box with four dividers that create 5 to 9 adjustable compartments for small tackle and terminal gear.
This slim Plano StowAway 3500 is a pocket-friendly box for small tackle like hooks, jigs and soft-plastic bits. Movable dividers let you arrange anywhere from 5 to 9 compartments, and the clear lid shows what is inside at a glance. ProLatch closures keep the lid shut in a tackle bag or vest.
Best for
- Organizing small hooks, split shot, and flies
- Carrying tackle on day trips
- Intermediate-size storage between vest and large boxes
Skip if
- You need deep compartments for large lures
- You want opaque storage for light-sensitive materials
Strengths
- Clear plastic lets you see contents at a glance
- Adjustable dividers adapt to different tackle types
- ProLatch closures secure the box during transport
Trade-offs
- Limited capacity for larger lures or terminal tackle
- Compartments are shallow and may not hold tall items
- Clear plastic can discolor or yellow over time
