Quick take
A two-tiered utility box that fits the Plano 3700 series tackle bag, with adjustable compartments for baits and terminal tackle.
The Plano Two-Tier Stowaway 3700 is a smoke-tinted utility box sized to slide into 3700-series tackle bags. Its two levels open independently, so baits and terminal tackle in the upper tray stay separate from larger gear in the base. Adjustable dividers make 13 to 45 compartments, which suits anglers who like to sort small items by type.
Best for
- Organizing worms, live bait, and small terminal tackle
- Anglers who fish from boats or piers with limited deck space
- Keeping tackle accessible while maintaining compact storage
Skip if
- You need a waterproof tackle box
- You prefer a hard-sided case for travel
Strengths
- Two-tier design doubles storage in compact footprint
- Adjustable compartments adapt to different tackle sizes
- Transparent compartments let you quickly identify contents
Trade-offs
- Polypropylene material is not waterproof or rugged enough for rough handling
- Two-tier setup requires careful handling to avoid tipping
- Limited durability if used in saltwater without rinsing
