Quick take

A 20 lb braided line with 8 strands made from Spectra fiber, treated for a smooth, round profile.

This is a 300-yard spool of 20 lb Power Pro Super Slick V2 braid in Moss Green. It is an eight-strand Spectra fiber line with a smooth, round coating, suited to anglers who want a sensitive, low-stretch main line for spinning or casting reels. The muted green tone blends into most freshwater settings.

Best for

  • Spinning or baitcasting setups with 300 yards of line
  • General freshwater and light saltwater fishing
  • Anglers wanting sensitivity and low-stretch mainline

Skip if

  • You need high-visibility line for backcountry fishing
  • You cast into heavy vegetation where thinner line helps

Strengths

  • Spectra fiber is strong for its diameter, holding 20 lb in thin form
  • Smooth treatment reduces friction and improves casting
  • Eight-strand construction yields a round, sensitive profile

Trade-offs

  • Moss green is less visible than bright colors in clear water
  • Braid can fray if cut improperly; seal cut ends carefully
  • 300 yards is moderate capacity; larger reels need more spooled
