Quick take

Sticky scent gel made from real baits to increase strikes on spoons, spinners, and soft plastics.

Pro-Cure's Trophy Walleye Super Gel is an 8-ounce sticky gel scent for walleye and sauger anglers. It works on jigs, crankbaits, spinner blades and live bait. Reapplying it after each catch or snag keeps the scent on the bait.

Best for

Walleye jigging and trolling
Adding scent to artificial lures in cold water
Bottom fishing with plugs and spinners

Skip if

You fish only live bait and want to avoid added scents
You prefer liquid attractants over sticky gels

Strengths

Made from real walleye forage so the scent is natural
Sticky gel stays on lures longer than liquid attractants
UV enhancement makes it visible to fish in turbid water

Trade-offs

Gel can be messy to apply and gets on hands easily
Sticky residue builds up on guides and reel seats
Effectiveness decreases in very cold water when scent dispersal slows

Fishing fit

Species: Walleye
Water: Freshwater
Techniques: Casting
Trolling
Jigging
