Quick take
A 100-pack of needle-tip glow sticks that insert into soft plastic jigs and worms to add luminescence for night fishing.
These needle-point glow sticks are made to push into soft plastic baits such as worms and jig tails, so the bait lights up for fishing after dark. Each stick measures about 4 mm across and 40 mm long, and you activate it by bending, snapping and shaking it. They come two to a bag and glow for roughly 10 to 12 hours, which suits night bass fishing.
Best for
- Night fishing with soft plastics
- Low-light conditions where extra visibility helps attract fish
Skip if
- You fish only during daylight
- You use hard lures or baits that don't accommodate a needle
Strengths
- Needle point makes insertion into soft baits easy and secure
- 10-12 hour glow duration covers an evening session
- High count allows frequent replacement without waste
Trade-offs
- Once activated by bending and shaking, glow sticks cannot be stopped or paused
- Glow fades over the 10-12 hour period, brightest at first
- Chemical glow attracts attention; store sealed and away from light to preserve battery life
Fishing fit
- Water
- Freshwater
- Saltwater
