Quick take

Two transparent measuring stickers that adhere to any fishing rod for quick catch-and-release measurement.

This is a pair of clear adhesive rulers, each 36 inches long, that stick along a rod so a catch can be measured on the spot. The transparent film lets the rod's color show through, and the thin strip stays out of the way when casting. They suit spinning, baitcasting and fly rods alike, which makes them handy for catch-and-release anglers who need to check a length without a separate tape.

Best for

Catch-and-release anglers tracking fish size without scales
Tournament and size-limit compliance verification
Anglers fishing multiple rod types without fumbling for a tape measure

Skip if

You prefer a portable fish scale for precise weights
You fish primarily in catch-and-keep situations

Strengths

Transparent design blends into rod appearance
Waterproof and weatherproof construction lasts all season
Universal fit works on all rod types

Trade-offs

Decals measure length only, not weight
Installation requires clean, dry rod surface
Markings fade slightly over several seasons of saltwater use
