Quick take
Six clear PVC wraps with hook and loop fasteners that protect lures and hooks from tangling and puncture hazards.
This clear PVC lure wrap pack includes six covers, each about 3.9 by 8 inches, for keeping treble hooks and bait from snagging other gear. The clear window lets you see which lure is attached to the rod for quick selection. A hook and loop closure opens easily when you fish and lets you rinse the cover clean. It suits bass anglers who carry plugs, crankbaits and jigs.
Best for
- Storing crankbaits, jerkbaits and jigs in tackle boxes
- Protecting treble hooks and sharp points from catching clothing and skin
- Keeping lures organized and easy to identify by seeing through the clear window
Skip if
- You use a tackle box with individual lure compartments
- You store soft plastics that stick to vinyl
Strengths
- Clear PVC lets you see which lure is stored without opening
- Thickened 0.5mm material resists puncture from sharp hooks
- Hook and loop closure is quick to open and close while fishing
Trade-offs
- PVC can stick or degrade if stored with certain plastics
- Wraps add bulk to already-crowded tackle boxes
- Limited to smaller lures, 3.9 x 8 in size
