Quick take
Ice fishing jigging lure that darts and glides vertically to trigger strikes from walleye and pike.
The Rapala Jigging Rap W9S is a 3-1/2 inch sinking vertical jigging minnow that weighs 7/8 oz and carries a single No. 6 reversed hook. Its silver finish suits hardwater jigging and open-water vertical presentations for walleye, pike, perch and bass. The lure swims in darting circles when raised and lowered, so it works through the water column rather than diving on a retrieve.

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
