Quick take
Waterproof LED lights that clip onto rod tips to show strikes during night fishing, with included batteries and adjustable buckles.
This set holds nine green LED sticks, each about 2.5 inches long and supplied with its own battery. They clip onto the tip of a rod up to an inch across, so a bite shows up as movement in the light after dark. It suits night anglers on the bank or pier who want a simple way to watch several rods.
Best for
- Catfish fishing at night from piers or banks
- Panfish under lights at night
- Multi-rod setups where visual bite detection is needed
Skip if
- Fishing in bright daylight when you can watch the rod
- Tournaments with rules against electronic bite indicators
Strengths
- LED stays bright for 10 to 12 hours on one battery
- Universal buckle strap fits rods under 1 inch diameter
- Waterproof plastic body survives saltwater use
Trade-offs
- Buckle attachment can slip if the rod is wet
- Green light may be harder to see if other lights are nearby
- The indicator shows the light; you must still detect the movement
