Quick take
A topwater lure with a soft rotating tail that creates low-frequency pressure waves and sound to attract predatory fish.
The River2Sea Whopper Plopper 90 is a 3.5-inch topwater prop bait in Delta Craw that weighs half an ounce and is meant to be worked across the surface. It carries two size 4 treble hooks and has no rattle, and its quick action and buzz-saw style sound set it apart from the larger sizes in the line. It suits anglers who want a smaller-profile surface bait for bass, crappie and other panfish.
