Quick take
Twelve-inch rod rack with elastic band that holds seven rods within easy reach.
The Rod Saver 12PM Pro is a 12-inch elastic strap that keeps up to 7 rods held together and within easy reach on a boat or in a garage. It screws down as a deck mount, and a set of stainless steel mounting screws comes in the box. The stretch band is longer than the original Rod Saver, so it grips a bundle of rods of different sizes.
Best for
- Boat deck organization
- Garage or workshop storage
- Ready access to multiple rods
Skip if
- You need to store more than 7 rods
- You prefer wall-mounted rod storage
Strengths
- Holds 7 rods securely with elastic band
- Deck-mount design positions it anywhere
- Stainless steel mounting hardware resists corrosion
Trade-offs
- Plastic construction is less durable than metal
- Elastic band may stretch over time
- Takes up horizontal deck space
