Quick take
Adjustable non-stretch TPU straps for securing multiple rods on boat decks with stainless steel hardware.
This is a pair of 18-inch deck-mount straps that hold fishing rods down on a kayak or small boat. The 6mm non-stretch TPU cord has adjustable end pieces, so you can slide them to set the length and trim the extra. A pad eye and stainless steel screws come with it for mounting to the deck, and each strap is made to hold several rods at once.
Best for
- Boat anglers with multiple rods
- Deck-mount rod organization
- Trolling setups with multiple lines
Skip if
- You have limited deck space
- You prefer individual rod holders
Strengths
- Non-stretch TPU material remains stable in sun and salt conditions
- Adjustable length allows customization for different boat layouts
- Holds 4-6 rods per strap; covers multiple rods with pair
Trade-offs
- Straps require cutting to fit, which shortens them permanently
- TPU material can become stiff in cold temperatures
- Deck mounting requires drilling for screw installation
