Quick take
Five black flexible chin straps with spring-loaded cord locks to keep hats secure during wind or water conditions.
This pack holds five black chin cords for hats, each with a spring-loaded stop cord lock so the strap can be tightened or loosened with one hand. The strap is flexible and removable, which helps keep a brimmed hat in place when wind picks up on a boat or a bank. The pack comes without a hat and weighs 0.32 ounces, so it fits easily in a tackle bag. Its package measures 5.91 by 3.94 by 1.97 inches, making it a small set of spares for several caps.

Does the ROORUZ hat chin cord come with a hat?
