Quick take

A compact tackle box with 12 removable dividers that open with one-hand operation for convenient access on the water.

This RUNCL 3600-size tackle tray is a compact plastic box for small terminal tackle such as hooks, jig heads and light weights. Its dual-sided latch lets you open the lid with one hand, and the lid can come off completely. Twelve removable vertical dividers let you reshape the 12 compartments, and it measures 10.04 by 7.68 by 1.38 inches.
