Quick take
Floating collapsible fish basket with 26-foot rope for boat and shore fishing to hold and measure live fish and bait.
The SANLIKE collapsible basket opens to about 19.7 by 11.4 by 11 inches and folds flat to roughly 10 by 12.6 by 1.8 inches, with a 40-liter capacity for minnows, crayfish or fish. A zippered lid lets you drop a catch in without flipping the top open, and a size scale marked to 40 cm helps you measure fish before release. A 26-foot rope suits wade, pier, kayak or boat fishing, and the basket floats on the water. Its rubber-coated mesh is made for handling fish and keeping hooks from tangling.
Best for
- Boat fishing with live bait for multiple rods
- Wade fishing for trout and panfish
- Situations requiring lightweight, packable storage
Skip if
- You need cooler capability; this is live storage only
- You fish small creeks; basket is large to carry
Strengths
- Floats naturally due to pearl cotton buoyancy
- Rubber-coated mesh protects fish scales from damage
- 26-foot rope is long enough for boat or wade fishing
Trade-offs
- Collapsible design does not offer rigid structure
- Pearl cotton absorbs water and stains over time
- 40L capacity is small for multiple large fish
Fishing fit
- Water
- Freshwater
- Saltwater
