Quick take
A realistic 3D rat-shaped lure designed to imitate rodents swimming on the surface, triggering aggressive strikes.
This 7 3/4 inch Savage Gear rat bait floats and weighs about an ounce, with a three-segment body that gives it a lifelike profile on the surface. Hooking the lip makes it wake across the top, while a nose hook lets it dive and rise again after a pause. Anglers after bass, pike and musky can work it through weedy edges, around piers and along jetties.
Best for
