Quick take
Fly line dressing that improves floatability and castability with advanced lubricants.
This Scientific Anglers kit combines a bottle of fly line dressing with a cleaning pad, so you can clean and treat a line right on the water. The dressing is made to help the line float higher for easier pickup and mending, and the line can be fished right after it is applied. Skip it for lines with AST or AST+ coatings.
Best for
- Dry fly fishing where line floatation is critical
- Anglers fishing in cool water where fly line stiffens
- Anglers who maintain their fly lines regularly
Skip if

- You do not own fly fishing equipment
Strengths

Trade-offs
