Quick take

Ultra-thin 8-strand braid with low-visibility gray color and superb feel.

Best for

  • Presentations where line visibility matters
  • Casting with tight weave for smooth spool-off
  • Bass and pike fishing in clear water

Skip if

  • You want bright color for visibility; gray is subtle
  • You need shock absorption; braid has no stretch

Strengths

  • Eight-strand construction stays smooth on cast and retrieve
  • Stealth gray is less visible than white or yellow braid
  • Virtually zero stretch provides excellent hook sets

Trade-offs

  • Braided line is visible to fish; use a fluorocarbon leader
  • No stretch means more rod tip shock on hard-fighting fish
  • Braided line dulls scissors; use dedicated line shears
