Quick take
Waterproof holographic tape for wrapping lures, upgrading old ones, or creating new custom patterns.
This is a set of holographic fish-scale adhesive sheets from Shaddock Fishing, made for dressing up homemade lures. Each sheet is about 2.9 by 3.9 inches and comes in a plastic film, so it can be cut to fit spoons, flashers, dodgers and metal baits. It suits anglers who tie flies or build their own lures and want to add flash or touch up an older bait.
Best for
- Touching up faded lures with fresh scale patterns
- DIY lure builders upgrading spoons and flashers
- Creating custom color patterns on metal baits
Skip if
- You prefer hard-shell lures that need no customization
- You want finished lures ready to fish immediately
Strengths

- Holographic finish reflects light underwater to attract fish
- Can be applied to metal baits, flashers, or spoon lures
