Quick take
An offshore and inshore saltwater reel with IPX8 sealing and Shimano's Infinity Drive technology.
The Shimano Spheros SW A 5000XG is a mid-size saltwater spinning reel with a 6.2:1 gear ratio. Infinity Drive supports the pinion for steadier winding under load, and X-Protect and X-Shield sealing give the body IPX8 water resistance. It suits anglers working inshore and nearshore waters for fish like striped bass, snook or cobia.
