Quick take

Assorted bullet sinkers in a compartmented box for texas rigging and weedless soft-plastic presentations.

This SILANON set holds 29 tungsten bullet weights in five sizes, from 1/16 oz up to 5/14 oz, sorted in a clear seven-compartment box. The bullet shape has a rounded narrow end and a concave base that seats against the nose of a soft plastic worm, which suits Texas rigs and other weedless setups. It fits bass anglers who want several weights on hand for freshwater or saltwater.

Best for

  • Texas rigging plastics in weeds
  • Soft-plastic presentations on bass
  • Freshwater and saltwater bottom fishing

Skip if

  • You fish topwater or unweighted presentations
  • You need only one sinker size

Strengths

  • Compartmented box keeps sizes organized and easy to find
  • Rounded nose design minimizes snagging in vegetation
  • Multiple sizes cover most soft-plastic rigging needs

Trade-offs

  • Small sizes (1/16-1/8 oz) can be difficult to handle
  • Box compartments may fall out if dropped or inverted
